Breckenridge apartments is an amazing little community. The staff is very friendly, and if you ever have trouble in your apartment the problem is fixed pretty much the same day. I have lived here with my family for 3 years and it has been a great experience. One of the best parts is that rent is very affordable. I would highly recommend looking at Breckenridge when searching for your next apartment.

I have been living here for about 2 years now and have seen wonderful improvements between staff and even property. Breckenridge and Monarch are doing a great job making sure I feel my requests matter and are handled in a timely maner. We look forward to resigning our lease again next year! The leasing office is helpful. Maintenance gets everything fixed so quickly. A lovely dog park! Huge parking lots. Having our own washer and dryer is such a huge plus.
